Private Lessons -
IN PERSON RATES:
$120 / 60 Minutes (1 person)

Lessons are usually conducted in the privacy of your own home however can be conducted outdoors if preferred.
ONLINE RATES:
$100 / 60 Minutes (1 person)
$120 / 60 Minutes (2 persons)
During the initial consult the Sarah will observe your body structure, postural alignment and habitual movement pattern analysis as well as assess your lifestyle, emotional & energetic needs. Using this information Sarah will teach you a yoga practice to suit your individual needs and during the next lesson will present you with a personal practice. For those who continue with regular weekly lessons, their practice will continue to develop and changed as their understanding of alignment and breath develops.
New to Yoga
If you are new to yoga it is recommended that you receive a minimum of 4 private lessons spaced over a month period. After this time regular private lessons are recommended on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on your level of understanding, confidence and lifestyle commitments. This time period allows you to fully develop your understanding of your personal practice before you explore yoga on your own.

Corporate or Group Lessons -

Private lessons are also available for small groups. These lessons will be designed to suit the overall needs of the group. Price is negotiable depending on number of students.
