Private yoga classes cater for specific needs, ensuring you get the most benefits from yoga practice. This allows you to advance more quickly in your yoga practice. Students suffering from stress create balance and receive benefits from a cooling practice. Whereas, students who are tired and lethargic achieve balance and receive benefits from a heating practice. Students physical structures also need to be considered. Therefore, when you attend a yoga class you may only experience a few benefits from the generalized practice.
