Love Anatomy, Movement, Body & Mind?

Below is a list of resources from some of the world's most inspiring movement practitioners - explore and enjoy!

Athlean - X, not a yoga related resource however this would have to be my absolute favourite resource which "puts the science back into strength training." Created by American strength coach Jeff Cavalier this websites blog  will educate you on how to position your body during training to maximise results. This information when carried over to your asana practice will improve your physical alignment and increase the benefits on the muscles and surrounding structures.
