During the initial lesson Sarah will observe your body, structure and movement patterns as well as assess your lifestyle and emotional needs. Using this information Sarah will teach you a yoga practice to suit your individual needs. Over time your practice will continue to grow, develop and change just as you do!
New to Yoga
For those new to yoga it is recommended that you receive a minimum of 4 private lessons spaced over a month period. After this, lessons are recommended on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on your needs.
